Using Flash CS4 Libraries, Text, and Components
Overview/Description
In the world of digital design, it is common knowledge that interactive and engaging applications require attractive graphics, but there is also a need for the often-neglected supporting character in Flash applications â the text. The effective and balanced presentation of text is an essential element of most interactive applications. Adobe Flash CS4 Professional can be used to create static text content such as page titles or form labels, as well as text that is loaded into a Flash movie dynamically. This course provides an introduction to creating text in Flash CS4 Professional. It outlines the considerations for using fonts and demonstrates how to create the different types of text fields. It also describes the fundamental concepts of converting images into reusable symbols, and storing those symbols in libraries. The basic components used to build web forms are also explained and demonstrated, providing the learner with an introduction to creating forms in Flash.
